Foodgasm 2.0 Feature: The Dawg House

This dog house attracted lots of attention, thanks to their Dawgzilla which was a 15 inch hot dog.

Sadly, by the time we decided to get one, all Dawgzillas had been annihilated by hungry creatures. Nevertheless, we settled for the Jumbo Dawg which measured 8 inches.

Kau Tim Lah apologises.
We polished the Jumbo and completely forgot to take a picture, so here's one from the Foodgasm page

Sausages are always a "kau tim" thing for us, what more thick fresh-off-the-barbie sausages! The people at Dawg House made the experience even better as they were so lively and despite the stifling heat, put on the kind of face you can only find on passionate people.

On the grill

Served on fluffy, soft buns with what looked like poppy seeds, the Jumbo hit the satisfaction mark. Beautifully cooked, there were no ugly pockets of oil or charred bits on the sausage. We got everything to go except chilli on the top. The onions were just the right chunk sizes and the coney sauce with mustard was well-balanced in terms of flavour.

The queue was long but hey, another shot of a cowboy on the barbie for you!

The Dawg House has no plans to start as a business....YET but here's a piece of advice: Kau Tim Lah!
