Foodgasm 2.0 Feature: Simply Sandwiches

Here's a name that might seem familiar to you people who have kau tim-ed them: Simply Sandwiches.

Adorning their booth with a simple but catchy signboard, a picnic basket and some pretty flowers, this was founded in July 2011 by Shaheera Djafar and Sharin Sharif.

"Our sandwiches are made from wholesome heavy whole meal or seeded whole meal bread and are baked fresh every morning by our baker. Each sandwich is accompanied by fresh luscious green vegetables, crunchy cool cucumbers and juicy red tomatoes. They are also filled with delicious homemade fillings that are made to perfection. At present day, we have 9 flavors of sandwiches that are suited for a wide range of taste buds and preferences. The flavour list gets new additions or limited editions every few months to add variety to the menu."

Their current offering of 10 different sandwiches include:

1. Egg (RM 6.00): Velvety smooth eggs with a little mayo and black pepper
2. Tuna (RM 7.50): Not your average tuna with a hint of lime and curry
3. Chicken Salami (RM 7.50): Sexy salami loaded with their special spicy sauce
4. Sauteed Mushroom (RM 8.00): Sauteed to perfection with caramelized onions and herbs
5. Beef Salami (RM 8.00): Sexy salami loaded with their special spicy sauce
6. BBQ Chicken (RM 8.00): Spiced chicken chunks with a hint of their special sauce. Slightly sweet and slightly smoky
7. Tapau Roll Up (RM 8.00): chunky succulent chicken, marinated with their secret recipe, wrapped in fresh lettuce and soft tortilla bread
8. Grilled Chicken & Cheese (RM 10.00): chunky succulent chicken, marinated with their secret recipe, topped with cheese. This appeared in Bella, ntv7)
9. Garlic Butter Prawn (RM 10.00): Chunky XXL succulent prawns coated with butter and garlic.
10. Smoked Salmon (RM 12.00): Only available for bulk orders. Delicate smoked salmon in between bread spread with chives infused cream cheese. Rich and tasty at the same time

Wednesday: Mont Kiara, Solaris Mont Kiara, Publika, Sri Hartamas
Thursday: Damansara, BU, TTDI, KL
Friday: Damansara, BU, TTDI, Kelana Jaya
