Foodgasm 2.0 Feature: Cowboys Food Truck

Subangites, hold your horses because there will be a new food truck in town!

Serving Texan goodies like wings, tacos and fries, we tip our Stetsons to the two good-looking partners (howdy!).

We really wanted to get our hands on the boys spiral potatoes but the event organizer's planning was flawed and all the stalls had no electricity, so there was no deep fryer or oven available for most of them. Next time!

Marks for hygiene. They also had a separate person collect money.

Beef taco - we blew this up because it is worth salivating over

This baby was piping hot and was chockful of flavour. Nizar, the Trail Boss was hard at work, cooking the meat while his mum skilfully heated up the tacos to ensure they were warm and fluffy. To top it off, these cowboys actually smoke their own pulled beef! The rustic woody character of the meat danced a mesmerizing tango with the sweet home-made BBQ sauce across our tongues. If there were to be any lament, it would be that the beef was slightly overcooked, hence it was rather tough and the sauce was a tad sweet. We did give our feedback to them and they acknowledged it graciously.

We are honoured to have had a taste of the Cowboys Food Truck before these belly cheaters go blazing into their Subang standoff with their mouth-watering grub!
